- 12-14 ounces swordfish steak
Balsamic Marinade
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Cut swordfish into two even-sized filets (if needed).
Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
While preheating, add all ingredients for the balsamic marinade to a zip top bag and place swordfish steaks inside. Leave to marinate on the counter for 15 minutes.
Bake the swordfish in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until steaks are cooked completely through and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Use an instant-read thermometer for perfectly cooked swordfish. It should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Fish is usually best served fresh.
