Spiced Orange & Cranberry Simple Syrup

This Spiced Orange & Cranberry Simple Syrup has orange zest, cranberries, cinnamon, and cloves. It's perfect for giving cocktails a Holiday flair!

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Orange peel only
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 6 Cloves


  • Put all ingredients into a small pot on the stove. Bring to a simmer on medium-low heat.
  • Simmer for about 10-minutes, until the sugar is dissolved and almost all cranberries have popped (you'll know because they will crack and make a "POP" sound!).
  • Remove from heat and strain into an air-tight container or jar. The simple syrup will last up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
