Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups unsweetened non-dairy milk I used almond
  • 2 cups spinach packed
  • 1 cup kale stems removed and packed
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, and turn onto low, until the mixture begins to come together.
  • Turn the blender off, and scrape down the sides of the blender. Turn the blender back on, gradually turning to high speed.
  • Blend for 5 minutes, or until smooth. If needed, add ¼ - ½ cup water to the blender.
  • Divide the smoothie mixture between two cups and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute frozen mango easily for frozen strawberries.
  • While you can use any kind of milk, I typically find that regular milk makes smoothies too frothy. I personally use almond milk or oat milk in all my smoothies!
  • Chia seeds are completely optional. They don’t really change the taste or texture when the smoothie is fully blended, but add a nice nutritional punch!
