Heat turkey breakfast sausage patties according to package instructions. Leave to the side.

Pour the whisked eggs into the pan, push around the pan until they’re soft yet cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove eggs from heat and gently stir in rough chopped cilantro.

Toast the english muffin then assemble! Add turkey breakfast sausage first, then top with scrambled eggs and any other toppings you like! I chose avocado.
