- ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice 2-3 lemons
- ¼ Cup Fresh Chives finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- You can substitute for any fresh or dried herbs to taste.
