  • 1.25 cups Light Coconut Milk or more for thinner consistency
  • 1 tablespoon Agave Syrup optional

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth. (About 30-60 seconds)
1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks, 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks, 1.25 cups Light Coconut Milk

Notes

Storage Directions: smoothies are best enjoyed within a few hours, but can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight glass, for 24 hours.
Extra fruity: if you love the fruity flavors, try swapping orange juice for the milk!
Don’t be afraid to add more liquid: If the consistency is too thick, you should be comfortable adding a tablespoon or more of additional milk.
