Creamy Mango Pineapple Popsicle

Ingredients

For 6 Popsicles

  • 1.5 Cups Frozen Pineapple
  • 1.5 Cups Frozen Mango
  • 2 tablespoon Agave Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Lime Juice
  • ¼ Cup Water

For 8 Popsicles

  • 2 Cups Frozen Pineapple
  • 2 Cups Frozen Mango
  • 2 tablespoon Agave Nectar
  • Cup Lime Juice
  • Cup Water

Optional

  • 2 tablespoon Tajín (low sodium or chili salt)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Should look like a puree or smoothie bowl.
  • Spoon into popsicle molds, leaving a few centimeters from the top for each.
  • Sprinkle tajín or chili salt to lightly season the tops of the liquid.
  • Add tops onto popsicle molds and then wooden popsicle sticks.
  • Place in freezer for at least 4 hours, until popsicles freeze.
