Honey Cinnamon Latte (hot and iced)

This Honey Cinnamon Latte is a great way to start your day! Cozy flavors of cinnamon and honey add a bit of sweetness to creamy oat milk in this espresso recipe. Make a hot or iced version. This will be your new favorite coffee drink!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces espresso
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¾ cup oat milk regular or barista
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Brew a double shot of espresso. Pour into mug and immediately add honey and ground cinnamon. Stir to combine and dissolve the honey.
  • Froth or steam milk to desired consistency and pour on top of espresso cinnamon mixture. Top with a pinch of cinnamon.
  • For the iced version, add ice before the last step.

Notes

Frothing Oat Milk: The best results will be with a milk frother or steam wand, but you can also try frothing oat milk in a blender or shaking it in a closed container or jar (not while scalding hot!).

Make it vegan - To make this a vegan latte, swap out the honey for agave or simple syrup. 
Make it sweeter - You can always add more honey to sweeten this drink. Start with 1 teaspoon and slowly add while tasting.
Make it hot - serve this latte as is for a cozy beverage on a cold morning. 
Make it cold - If iced coffee is more your jam, pour this latte over ice.
