Notes

Fresh juice is best when consumed immediately or within a few hours. If you need to store the juice for later, drink it within 72 hours, but most recommended in the first 24 hours.
Make sure to go from lowest speed (Low) to highest speed (Turbo) when using the juicer.
Wash the fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Wash prior to peeling or cutting. This makes sure that bacteria doesn’t get into your delicious juices.
When adding greens into juices, depending on the juicer recipe, try to intersperse greens with other juicing ingredients. This helps make sure the smaller greens get juiced.
Cut larger fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces that can easily fit into the chute of your juicer. I like to quarter apples, half any citrus and quarter cucumbers. Pineapples and watermelon I cut into large cubes.
