Scoop out an avocado. Add lemon juice, red pepper flakes and salt. Smash with a fork until smooth and all ingredients combined and set aside.

Cook sliced halloumi in a heated, oiled pan for 1-2 minutes then flip and sear for another 1-2 minutes until the second side is browned.
